Simple and fixed: you pick a term length and that rate is locked for the term, the longer you commit, the better the rate. Everything (desk, 24/7 access, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, kitchen, parking) is included. See current rates on the pricing page →
You start month-to-month at the standard rate. No long-term commit yet. After 30 days we sit down for a feasibility check, both sides honestly decide if it's the right long-term fit. If yes, you lock in a 3, 6 or 12-month plan and benefits step up. If not, 30 days notice and you're out cleanly.
Rent is paid by direct debit or credit card, set up at onboarding, billed monthly and due within 7 days of invoice. If you know cashflow's tight before the bill lands, just get in touch first and we'll work something out, a quiet heads-up is all we ask. Surprises are what end memberships, not a tight week.
30 days notice, either way, the same window during the trial month and after a longer commit, with no exit fee. If you're mid-term and need to leave early, we'll have an honest conversation and sort it out fairly.
Members get a standing discount on every studio booking, up to 50%, stepping up the longer your plan runs. It applies to full days, half days, hours, dry hire and the lifestyle space. The exact rate by plan is on the pricing page.

The teams in the building run their own pipelines, and every so often a brief lands that they can't take on. When it does, the work gets offered around the desks first, a shoot, some content, a bit of design or brand work. You quote your own rate, you book it, you bill it.
It's a genuine bonus, never a promise: some months it's quiet, some months there's a bit going. Members refer between each other too.

Real. You get door codes and your own key. Weekends, late nights, 5am edit sessions, Sunday afternoons, the building is yours when you need it. The only constraint is the ON AIR rule during scheduled shoots.
The cyclorama is 6.5 × 5.5 metres, floor to ceiling, dual-curve, around 30 square metres of seamless infinity wall. You can shoot fashion, e-commerce, talent portraits, packaging, full-body video, motorbike builds, headshots, podcast inserts, glamour, lifestyle and product. Polished concrete floor. Roller door for daylight or full blackout. Godox lighting kit available, BYO welcome.
