You pick at onboarding, we lock it in for the term. Mon-Fri are all available. Most members like the rhythm of the same day every week, better for the room's planning and for yours. If your day clashes with a studio booking, we'll flag it the week before so you can swap or work upstairs.
Yes, with a heads-up. The whole reason set days is cheaper is that we can plan around your schedule. Occasional swaps are fine, just give us 48 hours' notice. Constant changes start to look like the anytime plan, and we'll suggest you move to it.
Casual day passes are $40 for members, just book ahead via the kitchen calendar or text us. Set-day members get four free extra days a year baked in.
Billed monthly in advance, calculated from your days per week × 4.33 weeks × your day rate. So the 2-day plan at $55/day = $476/mo, billed on the first. Direct debit or credit card. No casual day-by-day invoicing, it's a subscription.
24/7 building access on a single monthly rate. Sign on for a month to feel it out. Stay longer, save more. Pick the term that fits the season.
It's cheaper for us to host a member who's committed for a year than one rolling month-to-month. Less onboarding, less turnover, more predictable planning. We pass the saving on. Same desk, same access, the only difference is the term length.
Upgrade any time, the new rate kicks in next billing cycle and benefits jump immediately. Downgrade only at renewal. Mid-term exits, we true up the difference to the shorter-term rate for the time you stayed, so you can always leave on 30 days. See cancellation below.
24/7 access with your own key + door code, Wi-Fi + ethernet, weekly cleaning, kitchen with espresso and dishwasher, free onsite parking, accessible bathroom, and a member discount on the studio downstairs (up to 50%, depending on your term). GST sits on top.

If you took a discounted 3, 6 or 12-month rate and leave early, your final invoice trues up the difference to the rate you'd have paid for the time you actually stayed. Rent is paid by direct debit or credit card, set up at onboarding and billed monthly, due within 7 days of invoice. Everything sits inside the one number, no separate Wi-Fi, cleaning or surprise line items. If cashflow's ever tight, give us a quiet heads-up before the due date and we'll sort something fair.

A short form to start, then a resume, two references, an in-person tour and a relaxed chat. A national police check may be run as part of it. Most applications are decided within a week, because the fit, for you and the room, genuinely matters.
